Rovers Medical Devices develops and manufactures medical devices. The company was founded in 1982.

Our main product line is Rovers® Cell Sampling Devices based on our "thin-hair technology". Cell material collected with our sampling devices can be processed with conventional as well as liquid based cytology(LBC) and also be used for bacteriological testing, virus testing (e.g. for Sexually Transmitted Diseases or HPV) and DNA analysis.

Our Rovers® products are being used in more than 35 countries all over the world.

For the development of new products we work together with medical specialists in gynaecology, cytology, pathology etc.

We have a dedicated worldwide network that enables us to develop innovative products using the right skills and tools. Our manufacturing capabilities enable us to produce high quality products.

Our company complies with the requirements of NEN-EN-ISO 13485:2003 , CAN/CSA ISO 13485:2003 , NEN-EN-ISO 9001:2000 , MDD 93/42/EEC, GMP/ FDA 21 CFR part 820 and has incorporated the requirements into the QMS.
